Drive south along Provincial Highway 1, pass Fangliao to reach Provincial Highway 26, then go through Hengchun Township and exit via the East Gate to County Road 200, heading to the Jiupeng Tourist Information Center.

From Zuoying High-Speed Rail Station:
Take the 9189 Taiwan Tourist Shuttle (Kenting Express Line) to the Hengchun Transfer Station.
Transfer to Pingtung Bus No. 304 and get off at Pianpu Intersection Station, then walk to the destination.

From Pingtung Train Station:
Take the train to Fangliao Station.
Then take the 9189 Taiwan Tourist Shuttle (Kenting Express Line) to the Hengchun Transfer Station.
