The Haikou Harbor Visitor Information Center is rebuild by a long-time abandoned Haikou Port waiting room, and has been revitalized and transformed into the "Beachside Art Museum". On the first floor, there is a "Haikou Port Tourism Service Center" that provides tourist consultation services. The remaining spaces will also feature different themed exhibitions and activities according to the seasons, creating an atmosphere filled with art and culture.

The original fish market has transformed into a serene seaside pavilion, while the toilets have been converted into beach rest stations, complete with convenient shower facilities for visitors to freshen up. The entire area, along with the nearby moored fishing boats, beautiful sandy beach, and endless sea views, creates a breathtakingly beautiful scenery.

Take the THSR to Zuoying Station and take the 9189 Kenting Express to Fangliao Station and transfer to Bus 518 to Haikou Station.
